Altitude Grill is hereee!! Yeah! This is the new Salt n Grill version and it's also in the same building; The Plaza 46th floor. The placing is exactly the same just with different table arrangement and decor. Plus the bull painting below here used to be something else as well!

So Pearl Chinese Restaurant from JW Marriot here is back with a new face. Adorned with red and gold and going hardcore Chinese with it's Tiongkok and Kanton modern cuisine. They also got a new Executive Chinese Chef, so that means new dish as well. Let's check them out!
Wow! Can you believe that it's almost the end of 2017? It's gonna be Christmas again soon, how time flies! As we reminisce on all of our 2017 resolutions and how our time to achieve it is almost up, let's check out some Christmas themed dining!
This time, Shangri-la Hotel gave us a quick preview on their way of celebrating Christmas at Rosso Restaurant. There's gonna be a 6 course set menu with a price of IDR 698K++. The cake below is their Christmas 2017 edition!
Quick question! What's your favorite spot for a Sunday Brunch? Do you prefer hotels or restaurants? We'd go with both as long as the foods are good..lol! This time we had a chance to dine at Ayana Jakarta (used to be Intercontinental) for their Sunday Brunch at Rasa Restaurant! The Sunday Brunch here costs IDR 388K nett per person and I personally find the price worth it, as the variety is a lot, especially the dessert section. Just imagine a very long table filled with lots of dessert varieties! There's even 2 fondue, chocolate and strawberry!
Finally! An interesting place other than mall and restaurants! This has just opened in West Jakarta, yeap, WEST! It's called Museum Macan, which is short for Museum of Modern And Contemporary Art in Nusantara. Exact location is at Wisma AKR, close to RCTI. Let's check it out!
Actually came here on their first opening for public on 4th November. Before that they're already open for invitations only and fortunately the 4th is a weekend and maybe it's because this was the first day, it's not as crowded as nowadays. Went to buy their tickets online cause I actually thought that it's only sold online but turns out you can also purchase it on the spot. The price is IDR 50K for adults, IDR 40K for elders and IDR 30K for kids. What confuses me is that when I purchased the ticket on the website, I had to pick either 2PM-4PM or 4PM-6PM, so is it supposed to be limited to 2 hours? But I was there for more than 2 hours and it was fine?
Yes, this is the same Onokabe as the one at Alam Sutera. They've decided to open a 2nd branch at Pluit Junction and though we don't usually talk about the same restaurant, we guess we could make an exception here as they've improved their quality from our last visit! So here it is!
We've shared about Toby's first opening in Indonesia before, now we're gonna talk about their dinner menu! They've started selling these menus on November 1st 2017 and please keep in mind that this is for dinner only!
CHAR-GRILLED ANGUS STEAK
The portion here is huge, even for me who's a huge carnivore. Not only the portion big but the meat is also very thick. The taste is without a doubt superb and very tender, too bad the sauce doesn't balance out the meat. More sauce please! For the sides, they use onion rings, yeay!

Are you ready for a wonderful Chinese feast? Here's Sanur Mangga Dua at Pantai Indah Kapuk, yes, don't get confused now. This is called Sanur Mangga Dua cause their first branch is at Mangga Dua and now they've open a branch at PIK. So let's start the feast!
Be ready for a whole lot of food..lol!
Yeah, there's another Sushi spot in town! It's located at Grand Indonesia, East Mall. Used to be Sushi Kiosk and right next to Abura Soba. The name's Tom Sushi and their concept is fast paced with a sushi belt feature, so it's suitable for office workers who needs a quick lunch! Once seated, you can immediately grab the sushi on the sushi belt without having to wait for the waiter to take your order!
First time stepping foot on AEON JGC (Jakarta Garden City)! Well, it's no wonder as this area is way off the map for us who lives in the West. It's almost 50km away, like half way to Bandung, can you believe that?! Lol! I guess it's a good once in a while, going to places that we don't usually go. The mall is still new and super clean with public seats everywhere, so you can just hang at the seats without having to go into a restaurant first, which is very needed for me! Even the toilets are superb. There's also a ferris wheel here, which everyone thought it was at AEON BSD but too bad, it's not. The restaurants and stores here are pretty much similar with the BSD, though not exactly the same. Well, that's just a quick info on AEON JGC, but what we're gonna talk about today is actually School Food!
School Food here actually goes way back, it's been here even before we've started blogging! There was one at Central Park but it closed down and now we can only find it at far off places like AEON JGC here!
